Zimbabwe was once the breadbasket of Africa. Today it is the begging bowl of Africa. Is South Africa going down the same road of self inflicted food deprivation? An ignored discussion!
We look beyond the boundaries of our own villages, towns and cities for heroes only to find that they were around us all the time. They shaped our lives yet, we gave it to others who we have never and will never meet.

Suu Kyi’s National League for Democracy won the elections in November.
YANGON – Myanmar’s military has detained the country’s de facto leader Aung San Suu Kyi in an apparent coup.
The military claims it carried out the coup in response to election fraud.
